By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service, including when making bookings or inquiries.
• Respectful Interaction: All interactions on the platform should be respectful and considerate. Harassment or disrespectful behavior towards other users or Trailblazer Adventures staff will not be tolerated.

Trailblazer Adventures reserves the right to investigate any reported violations of these Terms and to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your access to the Service, or reporting any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trailblazer Adventures and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Trailblazer Adventures makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You acknowledge that adventure activities inherently carry risks, and Trailblazer Adventures cannot guarantee your safety against all possible hazards. It is your responsibility to assess these risks and take appropriate precautions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Trailblazer Adventures, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, any websites linked to it, any content on the Service or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Service or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if Trailblazer Adventures has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent prohibited by law. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, Trailblazer Adventures' liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. General Provisions
